  • Rails are fit on the stair and predrilled for the balusters, fittings are attached.
  • Newels are precut and ready to lock into the location on the stair
  • Complex and curved stairs and rails pre-fit, to minimize site skill and labor needs
  • Stairs are available to be assembled to custom or to catalog dimensions

Luxury Assembled Stairs and Rails are Ideal for Curved and Complex Designs

Curved Stairs are built in our shop to the same walls that have at your site.   The entire curved stair and rail is built and fit to “your” walls.

From your print we will assess the handleably of the assembled unit for delivery.  Occasionally we have layouts that will not work assembled, we then simply disassemble them.  Even in “disassembled” you get the same pre-fit precision as with assembled.

Most stairs can be built prefab.  From print we will assess the best way to prefab and the site skill needed.  We will talk with you about the skill level at the site.   If we determine that a complex stair layout is not reasonable to assembled, we will offer our install training program.  We will come to the site with a Master Level Carpenter to train your carpenters on the stair install.  We will get the install started, and review in detail with your carpenters, so they can finish it.

How it Works

Training on Assembled Stairs and Rails

Most assembled stairs and rail do not need additional training; however we understand that a new product is a new process, and we want to make sure it goes off without a hitch.  During our quoting process we will talk about the skill level needed for your project and confirm the skill level you have at site.  If we determine that Installation Training will benefit your project, we will advise you to consider that, and quote it for you.

What is Stair and Rail Training?

We start the day with your carpenter and go over the key process steps.

We help with setting the stair.  We will review setting the newel and rails.

Training is generally one day.

Phone support follow up is free.
